NY 23: Hoffman Could Sill Win

Hey, that NY 23 race may not be over after all!
Doug Hoffman told Neil Cavuto yesterday that the race for NY23 is still being decided.
He told Cavuto Pelosi certified the results before the State of New York certified the race.
There are still 10,000 absentee ballots to be counted.
Hoffman also took a jab at Owens for already breaking 4 of his campaign promises his first week in office including voting for the Democrat’s nationalized health care plan.
