Pimp My Barbecue

From Flash News:
Here’s a sizzling idea: A company in San Diego is shifting gears from detailing BMWs to BBQs.
Derek Zovanyi owns a car detailing business and recently expanded his services to offer barbecue restoration.

For $79.95, Zonvanyi and his Barbecue Renew crew promise to “remove your old grime to make your grill shine.”

So far, he’s detailed 33 grills in two weeks and anticipates many more jobs with summer right around the corner.

Zovanyi says most Californians cherish their BBQs as much as their cars and want to it to look great for backyard parties.

Though he’s had no requests for chrome wheels, flame decals, or blingin’ accesories on BBQs just yet, he isn’t opposed to creating a line of BBQ add-ons in the future.
\For now, he’s focused on deep cleaning and polishing grills and leaving them looking brand new, ready to cook for his customers.
Much like cars, grills must be maintained and Zovanyi recommends detailing your BBQ every three months.

  1. My husband's bbq is pretty beat-up. The grill itself is in great condition, but the bbbq's exterior has a lot of weather damage. I would be interested in paying the barbecue renew crew to "renew" my husband's grill. The exterior needs to be refinished and repainted, and it wouldn't hurt to clean the interior as well. How do I find this company?
