Video: White House FINALLY Answers Paul: "No!"

Well, it seems Sen. Rand Paul's filibuster has worked.
The White House has finally answered his question: "“Does the president have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American not engaged in combat on an American soil?”
In a brief letter, Attorney general Eric Holder, speaking for the administration, said "No."
Senator Paul said he's satisfied.
Score one for Rand Paul, the Constitution and the American people.
