If 141 million people pay taxes, that means that a 1.9 trillion dollar "stimulus" bill costs over $13,000 per taxpayer. Even if all 330 million people in this country paid taxes, that would still be over $5700 per person.
It costs $5700 per person and $13,000 per taxpayer to give some of the people $1400?
