A Spectacular New Museum And It's All FREE!

We recently visited the impressive new Museum of the US Army just outside of Washington DC in Alexandria, VA adjacent to Fort Belvoir. 

If you're at all interested in the history of warfare and the many battles that the US has been involved in, this is the place for you. 

It's exceptionally well-designed, very visitor-friendly, hugely engaging and informative and will easily consume your interest for the better part of a day. Plus, it's all free and a very heplful staff is on hand att all times. 

And, while you're there, take advantage of the eatery and gift shop and don't miss the exhibit of art from the battlefield on the second floor. This place is a winner!
