You can call it the part of New Jersey you never knew -- or never expected. You can call it New Jersey's 'last frontier.' Or, you can call it the state's 24th legislative district, New Jersey's sprawling, largely rural northwest corner, encompassing much of the top of the state that borders northeastern Pennsylvania and New York state.
