We call it a Grenadini.
Here's how you make it. Pour a bit more than a jigger of your favorite vodka (we prefer Belvedere) into a shaker with ice cubes. Add two teaspoons of grenadine, four teaspoons of lime juice and a few drops of a freshly squeezed orange slice. Shake vigorously for a minute or more. Then pour the concoction into a proper frozen martini glass and add the orange slice.
Voila! It's that easy!
