He was once the president of his county's board of realtors.
She was a colleague - a fellow real-estate agent.
He allegedly set an arbitrarily high price on a home in Wayne, New Jersey to discourage traffic from potential buyers.
Then, he reportedly had duplicate keys made so that presumably he and his friend could enter the home at will.
Now, he's accused in a lawsuit of using the house for "sexual escapades," with her which were captured on hidden security cameras in the house.
The sellers are seeking compensatory damages for invasion of privacy, infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, trespass of land and other civil counts.
And, get this: The couple was reportedly captured on security cameras on 11 different occasions. "All visits were for sexual encounters," the suit states.
