The Republican judicial ticket of Supreme Court candidates Judge Judy Olson, Judge Mike George, Judge Anne Covey, Superior Court candidate Judge Emil Giordano and Commonwealth Court candidate Paul Lalley spoke to the packed audience of Party activists at the PA GOP’s Fall Meeting in Harrisburg today.
The team, who was endorsed by the Republican Party of Pennsylvania at its Winter Meeting in January, earned their Party’s nomination this past May.
“After a successful Fall Meeting, our Republican activists are excited to work hard on behalf of our great judicial team,” Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason said. “Supreme Court candidates Judge Judy Olson, Judge Mike George and Judge Anne Covey, Superior Court candidate Judge Emil Giordano and Commonwealth Court candidate Paul Lalley share the common belief that a judge’s role is to interpret the law and not create it from the bench.
"It's critical that we elect jurists who are committed to bringing integrity, character and reform to our courts.
“The Republican Party of Pennsylvania is the best grassroots network in the nation, and we will be working hard over the next 45 days to elect Supreme Court candidates Judge Judy Olson, Judge Mike George, Judge Anne Covey, Superior Court candidate Judge Emil Giordano and Commonwealth Court Paul Lalley.”
