Located in Port Richmond, Nativity B.V.M. Place is one of three CHCS senior housing communities. In 2015, it was transformed from a former parish school into a facility of 63 one-bedroom apartments. It provides affordable housing to seniors 62 and older who make less than $28,400 per year.

CHCS’ affordable senior housing communities allow residents to remain active in their communities while enjoying comfortable, stylish apartment living. “Presby’s Inspired Life,” a faith based, service-oriented organization committed to creating opportunities for residents to live an enhanced quality of life, manages the properties.

CHCS is a leading provider of senior living services throughout the Philadelphia region. Dedicated staff are committed to providing the best quality support for seniors and their loved ones through senior programs. Programs include senior housing, senior centers, older adult care management, in-home support programs, adult day care, elder care helpline, and senior clubs.
