We recently spent a lovely, leisurely, crisp autumn day in gracious Lambertville, the wonderfully hospitable and historic town which lies along the banks of the Delaware River not far from New Jersey's state capital. Trenton.
We strolled this cozy, eminently walkable town with its distinctive architecture, cozy streetscape, unique shops and inviting restaurants. We decided to lunch between the old canal and the river at Lambertville Station where we enjoyed a chicken taco salad, turkey with a cranapple sauce and a vegetable wrap with homemade potato chips You can see the photos above.
The entire day was superb. Put Lambertville at the top of your list!
