Home Sense will offer off-price home furnishings from top designer brands, providing shoppers with the popular treasure hunt experience. Occupying 25,000 square feet, it will be accessible from both the exterior and interior of the mall. Accompanying the home furnishings and accessories brand will be Sierra Trading Post, an off-price outdoor gear retailer in 18,000 square feet of space. Both are slated to open this year.
As the off-price retail segment continue to gain market share, the addition of these concepts will meet the demands of local shoppers and continue to differentiate the property within the marketplace.
Meanwhile, just up the road in Cherry Hill more stores and eateries are expected to make the Marketplace at Garden State Park their home. With the approval of Cherry Hill's Planning Board, the lifestyle shopping mecca is widely expected to add Home Goods, TJ Maxx and Shake Shack to its lineup. This would mark Shake Shack's fifth outlet in New Jersey and only the second in South Jersey.
Meanwhile, across from the Marketplace on Haddonfield Road, a new First Watch "daytime cafe" is expected to open. First Watch is dedicated to "the idea that people want a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant that doesn’t moonlight with steaks or anything else later in the day."
