Faculty, staff, and students of Saint Laurence Catholic School in Upper Darby (Delaware County) have invited Upper Darby Police Superintendent, Michael Chitwood to a special prayer service honoring his service to their school and the community-at-large. Students will take an active role in the prayer service honoring the police superintendent who has served their community for close to two decades.

Superintendent Chitwood recently announced via press reports that he would be retiring after 55 years in law enforcement. He has served in Upper Darby since 2005.
