Why Is This Man Smiling? Here's Why . . .

Some of my liberal friends are at it again.

They're attacking President Trump relentlessly. One of them just referred to him as a "POS" (I don't think I have to spell that out for you) and characterized him as "ignorant, classless, womanizing, immigrant-hating, idiotic and lying . . . worst possible role model in the world."

Hey, nobody  ever said you have to adore Trump, right? In fact, nobody ever said you even have to like him. But, less you dismiss him as a "POS" it might be wise to first consider what he's accomplished. So, with a bit of help from a leading national commentator, let's look at the record:

• Under Donald Trump, America has added 6.4 million jobs, including 500,000 manufacturing jobs. 
• Under Donald Trump, poverty is at its lowest level in 20 years. Median family income has risen $5,000 in less than three years.
• Just in the past month, job  growth exceeded all predictions and the growth for the two previous months was revised upward for a total exceeding 300,000 jobs!
• By rolling back taxes and regulations Trump engineered historically low unemployment with surging wages for all, including women and minorities. In fact, African-American and Hispanic unemployment are at their lowest rates ever and the unemployment rate for women is also at a record low. 
• Our president has rebuilt the once dwindling U.S. military to the point where we are now the most powerful fighting force in history. He is removing the United States from ancient tribal conflicts in the Middle East while supporting Israel. 
• Trump has successfully restructured unfair trade deals and global agreements.He has leveraged U.S. economic might to reset America’s relationship with China, something no other president has been able to do.
• Thanks to Trump's policies, we've now  become the world’s number one oil and natural gas producer. America is now energy independent!
• Trump withdrew from the Paris accords and the  Iran deal -- bad deals for America hoisted on us by Barack Obama. These  moves helped to bring unto energy independence, reassert our nationhood and bolster our security.
• We've finally set about securing the U.S. southern border and cracking down illegal immigration just as President Trump said we would. The wall is being built and Mexico is cooperating with all this.
• Our GDP is up month after month; inaction is under control; interest rates our low and America continues to build, grow and prosper.
• Trump broke up the bad NAFTA trade deal and renegotiated to a more favorable deal for America.

These are just a few of the accomplishments of President Trump and his administration. In truth, there are many more. But don't expect any of this to be reported by the mainstream media. And don't expect it to sink into the heads of resentful and often downright hateful liberals anytime soon.
