Biden Insults Auto Worker; Contradicts Himself

Biden has become increasingly cantankerous.
He frequently stumbles, contradicts himself and becomes accusatory. In the video above he's also dismissive to a female staffer as he shushes her. Workers like this auto works employee are supposed to be his base but Biden is having a difficult time with them. He's ill at ease, often appears to be confused or disoriented, says things that make little or no sense and seems to be at odds with himself.
No wonder his handlers are reportedly trying to keep him under wraps.
This is serious, folks. And more and more it's cause for concern!
BTW: Biden also threatened this worker saying "Don't tell me that pal or I'm going to go out and slap you in the face."
