Most voters believe that President Joe Biden’s mental abilities have declined since he took office, and two-thirds agree with GOP members of Congress who have urged the president to take a cognitive test and release the results.
A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports finds that 42% of likely U.S. voters are confident Biden is physically and mentally up to the job of being President of the United States, including 27% who are very confident in Biden’s ability. Fifty-six percent (56%) are not confident that Biden is up to the job, including 45% who are not at all Confident in his ability. Those findings are unchanged from an October survey.
