Saks Shows Off Splashy NYC Windows
The windows at Saks this holiday season tell a heady tale of Gotham indulgence.
Reflecting the towers of Rockefeller Center nearby, the windows celebrate the city with little or no reference to Christmas. It's all very ethereal and decidedly secular.
Inside, the store continues the these with icy snow queens and heavy greenery.
It's worth seeing, but don't expect it to put you in a Christmas frame of mind.
Still, it's worth coming back to Saks from 4 PM onward for the great light show that projected onto the front of their Fifth Avenue store. It's new this year and it's definitely worth seeing.
