Ten thousand pound Monster trucks that can fly up to 130-feet in the air and reach speeds of 100 miles per hour take over Wells Fargo Center for three performances of the world renowned Monster Jam® on Friday, October 2 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, October 3 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Tickets start at $15 and go on sale on Friday, March 20 at 10 a.m. exclusively through ComcastTIX online at ComcastTIX.com, by phone at 800-298-4200 or in person at Wells Fargo Center box office.
Monster Jam® is one of the most popular monster truck tours in the world, performing to over 4 million fans annually. Approximately 12-feet tall and about 12-feet wide, monster trucks are custom-designed machines that sit atop 66-inch-tall tires and weigh a minimum of 10,000 pounds. Built for short, high-powered bursts of speed, monster trucks generate 1,500 to 2,000 horsepower and are capable of speeds of up to 100 miles per hour. Monster trucks can fly up to 130-feet in the air, a distance greater than 14 cars side-by-side.
Fans who purchase tickets to the 2 p.m. show will have the opportunity to get a view of the trucks up close and meet the drivers of the massive Monster Jam trucks during The Party in the Pits. The Party in the Pits will take place Saturday, October 2 from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. before the start of the 2 p.m. show.
The Monster Jam® truck line-up will be announced at a later date.
