A League of Their Own, the much loved film based on the real-life All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, is just one of the popular films to be shown as part of the National Museum of American Jewish History’s Summer Cinema Series in Philadelphia beginning on July 9th. The series, which will run every Wednesday in July at 7:00 pm, will feature remarks from longtime film critic for The Philadelphia Inquirer, Carrie Rickey.

July 16 Bull Durham (USA, 1988, 108 minutes)
July 23 A League of Their Own (USA, 1992, 128 minutes)
July 30 Field of Dreams (USA, 1989,107 minutes)
