The people behind the new Broadway musical Bonnie & Clyde say they would never be able to compete with the 1967 movie in terms of car chases and shoot-em-ups.
But that's not to say that there is no blood and guts in this stage production -- and the company has someone employed full time who just oversees the shootings, the blood and the death scenes. Apparently it's quite complicated. And I can tell you that with this show it actually seems quite authentic.
