Book Paints Picture Of Tense, Insecure Obama

They may call him "no drama Obama" but that's not the picture of the president that emerges from New York Times' reporter Jodi Kantor's new book titled simply, The Obamas.

About Those Michelle Obama Denials

In a CBS interview with Gayle King (Oprah's best bud) Michelle Obama now says she's tired of the image that people have painted of her. 

She says she doesn't want to be thought of as "angry." 

And she denies that there were ugly confrontations with the President's aides. 

But, let's face it: It's never very good (or very appealing) when any First Lady carps or complains or engages in vigorous denials. And it's never helpful when the First Lady herself becomes the topic of such stories and speculation.
