So, Hillary and her campaign had this idea: They'd welcome the media onto the campaign plane and, taking a page from Pope Francis, would hold an impromptu press chat while in flight.
But, once again that old bugaboo reared its head. She started coughing uncontrollably. She simply could not stop.
