It means reporters and photographers may enter but only to take photos. No questions.
It often happens like this when two dignitaries are meeting to be photographed by still and TV cameras. It's just a brief opportunity and then it's over. All media know and understand the rules. This is the way it works.
But MessNBC's uber liberal Andrea Mitchell holds herself apart.
She doesn't have to follow any rules -- especially from the Trump Administration. Yes, the mere words "President Trump" get stuck in her throat.
But, guess what? She does have to follow the rules now -- just like everyone else. No special treatment for you, Andrea. BuhhhhBYE!
