The bright lights of Broadway -- the Great White Way -- are rarely extinguished. But in a unique and poignant tribute, the League of Broadway Theaters ordered all theater lights to be dimmed last night foir one miniute in memory of The Master -- legendary Broadway composer/lyrist Stephen Sondheim who recently passed away.This is an honor bestowed only on a few of Broadway's most accomplished artists. Watch as Broadway goes dark and the lights then come back on again. There's only one Broadway, folks. If you haven't been there you're missing a true American treasure that is beloved the world over.
