Sex With Dogs Legal?

Doing the dirty with a dog may be permissible in the state of Florida.
Florida is one of 16 states that don’t have a law specifically banning sex with Rover.
The issue has become more than theoretical now that a woman from Sarasota, Florida, gave police a DVD of herself boning her two dogs.
This week, Buck Wolf of About.com’s Weird News Central looks into recent brushes with bestiality around the country and how the legal system is responding.
He says, “Many states just think simple animal cruelty laws are enough. However, many lawmakers argue that the penalties aren’t steep enough for those who want to turn man’s best friend into man’s best boink buddy.”
A bestiality law in Florida is likely later this year, after several disturbing incidents including a man who pleasured himself with a seeing-eye dog and a man accused of asphyxiating the family goat during sex, which spurred a line of T-shirts with the slogan, “Baa Means No!”
