Starr Events' Arts Ballroom: Elegant, Inviting, Dreamy!
Last night we attended the gala opening of Stephen Starr's newest event venue, the spectacular Arts Ballroom on Locust St. near Broad.
It was a dreamy evening in an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere with outstanding Starr hospitality and food.
Arts Ballroom is already being termed one of Philadelphia's premiere special events venues. It's located directly off the Avenue of the Arts, where cultural sophistication and diversity meet the richness of tradition and history.
Positioned on the ground level of the Arts Condominium, this 1920s Art Deco inspired building was the former site of the Hotel Sylvania. Boasting a two-story Grand Hall, Ballroom, and Mezzanine, Arts Ballroom offers both historical distinction and contemporary style for events from 100-400 guests.
With delectable cuisine and stellar service, Stephen Starr Events brings the experiences of the wildly successful Starr Restaurants to the Arts Ballroom. Whether for an elegant wedding, lavish mitzvah, intimate corporate gathering or a non-profit gala, Stephen STARR Events at the Arts Ballroom will create a one-of-a kind sensory experience unlike any other.
We saw many dear friends at the event last night including Philadelphia Daily News columnist Stu Bykofsky, super patent/copyright lawyer Manny Pokitilow, Paper Rock Scissors Marketing Director Stacey Cerasi and Starr Events' very own Scott Barnes.
