Michael Buble To Perform In Philly 9/21; Tkts 5/17

Three-time Grammy winning singer and songwriter Michael Bublé will perform at Wells Fargo Center on Saturday, September 21, in support of his new “To Be Loved” album, which debuted this week at the No. 1 spot on Billboard Magazine’s Top 200 Pop Charts. Bublé officially announced the tour for the first time during his appearance on today’s Ellen show.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, May 17 at 10 a.m., exclusively through ComcastTIX online atwww.ComcastTIX.com, by phone at 800-298-4200 or in person at Wells Fargo Center box office.

“I’m very excited to get back on the road and perform for my fans. It’s been awhile but we’re rested up and ready to have a big party on stage every night,” commented Bublé.

Bublé has already sold out l0 nights at the 17,000 capacity 02 Arena in London beginning June 30^th and 5 nights at the l0,000 capacity 02 in Dublin beginning July 15^th. His previous Crazy Love Tour sold out in 80 US cities and was seen by over two million fans worldwide. “To Be Loved” is Bublé’s 4^th consecutive No. 1 album. In conjunction with the release, he co-hosted The Today Show and appeared on Kelly & Michael, The Ellen Show, Nightline, Dancing With The Stars, The Chelsea Lately show and a surprise appearance in a NY subway station which immediately went viral.

The multi-Grammy winning artist has had global sales of 45 million albums in the course of his extraordinary decade long career. Bublé’s last CD, the multi-platinum “Christmas”, was the second biggest selling album of 2011 following Adele.

He received his MA degree from Rowan University and his BA from Villanova University. He has been named a Distinguished Alumnus of Rowan's public relations program and received the E. A. "Wally" Richter Leadership Award, the highest honor from the National Association of Bar Executives' Communications Section. He has also been honored by numerous other local, state and national groups.

In his hometown of Camden, Cirucci taught fifth grade at the Ulysses Wiggins Elementary School named for the founder of the Camden NAACP. There he was one of the first teachers in the country to teach African-American history to inner city students. He later served as editor of a local weekly newspaper, as Assistant to the Township Manager of Cherry Hill Township and as Associate Director of Communications at the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Cirucci's passions include politics, the popular culture, books and authors, art, communication, music, theatre, movies, dining and travel.
