Hautingly Beautiful: Death Valley!

This ain't like no dip in the road you'll see in Philly, hon.

Zabriskie Point, near the site where borax was mined.

The salt flats -- the lowest point below sea level in America.
The words "Death Valley" may sound scary.
And at this time of year, the area can feel almost like a furnace with temperatures in triple digits daily.
But Death Valley is remarkably accessible and magnificent in its natural beauty and grandeur every season of the year -- even on the hottest summer days.
We stayed at the Furnace Creek Ranch inside the Death Valley National Park and had a great time. We hope you enjoy these vivid images of a place that epitomizes the rugged spirit of the West.
This is definitely one for your bucket list.
