Seasons 52, the highly acclaimed fresh grill and wine bar restaurant, is offering a special, limited-time addition to its menu of Mini Indulgence desserts this February.
From the 1st to 15th of the month, the seasonally inspired restaurant will offer guests Chocolate Raspberry Valentine, which features a combination of decadent chocolate cake layered between ribbons of chocolate syrup, raspberry puree and raspberry mousse, garnished with whipped cream and a chocolate “kiss.”
“Chocolate and raspberry are a classic dessert combination, as the richness of the chocolate balances the contrasting fruit flavor,” said Chef Clifford Pleau, Senior Director of Culinary at Seasons 52. “The Chocolate Raspberry Valentine is the perfect ending to your dining experience at Seasons 52, especially as we approach Valentine’s Day.”
Seasons 52 originally pioneered the smaller-portioned dessert concept at its first restaurant in Orlando, FL, in 2003. Mini Indulgences offer guests classic dessert flavors featuring top quality ingredients and highly creative presentations. The idea is to provide all of the pleasure of finishing your meal with a great dessert, but none of the guilt. In addition to perennial guest favorites like Rocky Road, Pecan Pie and Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse, the Mini Indulgence lineup also features seasonal favorites such as Pumpkin Pie with a ginger snap crust, Strawberry Shortcake and now the Chocolate Raspberry Valentine.
The ideal destination for any occasion, Seasons 52 changes its menu four times a year, with weekly fresh features to truly capture the flavors of the season. Nothing on the menu is above 475 calories, from the signature flatbreads and appetizers to every entree and the Mini Indulgence desserts. Seasons 52’s promise of “a fresh dining experience that celebrates living well” has been consistently praised by restaurant critics across the country and people’s choice awards alike.
