Mitt Romney garnered three more big primary wins tonight: Wisconsin, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
These were significant wins and they push Romney past the halfway point on the road to the GOP presidential nomination.
Here are the delegate totals now:
ROMNEY - 646 delegates (56%)
Santorum - 272 (23%)
Gingrich - 135 (12%)
Paul - 51 (4%)
Numbers don't lie.
Mitt Romney is far and away the choice of Republicans. He is now the presumed GOP nominee.
