Thirty Seconds To Mars In Philly May 13

Jared Leto, Shannon Leto and Tomo Milicevic, collectively known as Thirty Seconds to Mars, will hold a private performance at the Temple Performing Arts Center on the campus of Temple University on Monday, May 13 at 8 p.m.

Tickets for the event are available via radio on 104.5 WRFF. Fans can also stay tuned to THIRTYSECONDTOMARS.COM for other ways to attend the show.

Fans are invited to come worship with the Church of MARS and bear witness to the alternative rock kingpins as they prepare for their next multi-year world tour. The Church of MARS will take place in four cities - Boston, Washington DC, Chicago and Philadelphia.

The special intimate performance will debut new material for the first time, and the group will perform selections from their classic repertoire. In addition, the band will screen the short film for their latest hit "Up in the Air" and give a glimpse of their award winning documentary Artifact.

The American rock band affectionately known as Thirty Seconds to Mars, formed in 1998, hailing from Los Angeles. With three albums to date the group is gearing up for another world tour and the release of new music. The group has been compared to Pink Floyd as their edgy and experimental music has been described as having a philosophical and spiritual influence.

A native of Camden NJ, Cirucci is a former President of the Philadelphia chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. Cirucci served as Associate Executive Director of the Philadelphia Bar Association for nearly 30 years. He served as Chair of Penn State University's Professional Advisory Board for the Corporate Communication major at Penn State Abington and on the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Judicial Selection Commission.

He received his MA degree from Rowan University and his BA from Villanova University. He has been named a Distinguished Alumnus of Rowan's public relations program and received the E. A. "Wally" Richter Leadership Award, the highest honor from the National Association of Bar Executives' Communications Section. He has also been honored by numerous other local, state and national groups.

In his hometown of Camden, Cirucci taught fifth grade at the Ulysses Wiggins Elementary School named for the founder of the Camden NAACP. There he was one of the first teachers in the country to teach African-American history to inner city students. He later served as editor of a local weekly newspaper, as Assistant to the Township Manager of Cherry Hill Township and as Associate Director of Communications at the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Cirucci's passions include politics, the popular culture, books and authors, art, communication, music, theatre, movies, dining and travel.
