Did you hear?
CNN just settled with the Sandmann family.
This is huge news!
From Fox19: “CNN agreed Tuesday to settle a lawsuit with Covington Catholic student Nick Sandmann. The amount of the settlement was not made public during a hearing at the federal courthouse in Covington, Kentucky.”
Todd McMurtry, the attorney for the Sandmann family, stated: “I want to thank everyone for the many good wishes received today. Now, Lin Wood and I turn our attention to NBC News, the Washington Post, and additional defendants to be named soon.”
We will have more details from the family and their attorney soon. But we wanted to let you know about this amazing development right away.
The Sandmann family is still pursuing legal action against NBC Universal and the Washington Post for their misleading and inaccurate reporting of the incident involving agitator Nathan Phillips after the 2019 March for Life.
We at CatholicVote have stood by Nick and his family from the start.
And we will keep fighting until every media outlet that went after Nick is held responsible for its shameful actions...
...so this never happens again.
