We've cruised with Holland America, Royal Caribbean and Viking but we've never been on a Celebrity cruise before. So far, our first time with Celebrity (on the Apex) has been delightful. Service is excellent, food is extradorinaiy, lovely accommodations, comfortable surroundings and fun entertainment. No huge dining hall posing as a restaurant. Instead, guests have their choice of four smaller, differently themed restaurants each evening or, in some cases, for lunch or dinner. Our first stop on this luxe transatlantic cruise (which began in Fort Lauderdale) is Bermuda.
