How To Make Fabulously Frothy Iced Java!

Brew a batch of strong coffee (we like Nespresso stormio or intenso) and chill in the fridge overnight or in the freezer for an hour or two. 
Then, pour the coffee over ice into a cocktail shaker. After a few minutes, remove the ice, stir sugar or artificial sweetener into coffee to taste and shake vigorously as you would a cocktail until the coffee is foamy. While shaking, froth a combination of milk and half 'n half in a Nespresso frother on blue (chilled) mode. 
Then, pour the chilled, foamy coffee into a large, elegant glass as shown, right. Top with the frothy milk mixture, a sprinkle of cocoa and a squirt of whipped cream and . . . voila! You've just made summer's best treat: a Fabulously Frothy Iced Java! Pair it with pizelle and/or biscotti. We guarantee, you will LOVE it!
