Gitmo: Obama's Blame Game

Right now, President Obama is doing the one thing he loves to do more than anything else: Giving a Big Speech.
This time it's about Gitmo.
In a bind? Give a Big Speech. Voila!
And once again Obama (as I write this) is busy blaming others. He's looking back again; blaming Bush; blaming the Republicans; surveying the damage; looking in a rear view mirror with a critical eye.
And once again he's saying "let me be clear about this." That's always a warning sign, when he says that.
Even as he talks of "hope" and "change" and "working together" and "solving problems" Obama loves to play the blame game. And he does it with a confidence (dare I say, arrogance) that is almost breathless.
This guy can blame away with aplomb.
And I'm sure he probably sees blame as a logical prescription for success.
But time is running out on Obama & Company.
We're in month five now.
And soon - very soon - there will be no one to blame but himself.
