Bert And Ernie Teach Philly Kids Fire Prevention

Sesame Street Live’s most popular duo, Bert and Ernie will team up with the local fire department and teach the children of the North Philadelphia YMCA fire prevention and safety today (Thursday, March 15)  at 2 PM at the North Philadelphia YMCA at 1400 North Broad St.
After Firefighters and Officers from Engine 13 speak to the children, Bert and Ernie will surprise the crowd and teach them how to “Stop, Drop and Roll” in a Sesame Street Live fashion. Bert and Ernie are in town for a remaining seven shows of Sesame Street Live “1-2-3 Imagine! with Elmo and Friends” at the Liacouras Center from Thursday, March 15 to Sunday, March 18.
“1-2-3 Imagine! with Elmo and Friends” is a high-energy musical that will transport audiences to far away places using the power of imagination. In the show, Elmo’s friend Bert meets an octopus who has the blues and Ernie captains the high seas. This story of adventure and fun teaches children they can be anyone, do anything and go anywhere.
