XFINITY LIVE Opens Tomorrow (3/30) At 4 PM!


Comcast-Spectacor Chairman Ed Snider, Comcast-Spectacor President Peter Luukko, The Cordish Companies President David Cordish, The Cordish Companies Vice President Reed Cordish and Mayor Nutter will formally welcome XFINITY Live! Philadelphia to the South Philadelphia Sports Complexes on Friday, March 30 at 4 PM.


The public is welcome to attend the Grand Opening ceremonies and is invited to celebrate the opening by enjoying the dining and entertainment options at XFINITY Live! Philadelphia. The outdoor video boards will simultaneously read “Live!”, the exterior neons will be lit and fireworks will illuminate the sky.


Going “live” comes just hours before alternative rock band, Third Eye Blind, will perform in a free concert open to the public on the outdoor stage at XFINITY Live! Philadelphia as part of the Grand Opening. The Third Eye Blind concert is the first in a series of year-round, regular entertainment featuring local, regional and national recording acts at XFINITY Live! Philadelphia.


XFINITY Live! Philadelphia has Xfinity WiFi hot spots as Comcast is providing free wireless internet access to both customers and non-customers at South Philadelphia’s newest dining and entertainment complex.


XFINITY Live! Philadelphia, designed by Jeffrey Beers, is home to six unique venues and over a dozen entertainment choices. Dining options include Philly MarketPlace, Spectrum Grill, Broad Street Bullies Pub, NBC Sports Arena, PBR Bar & Grill (Professional Bull Riders Association) and Victory Beer Hall. XFINITY Live!
