Jim Henson Remembered, 22 Years Later
It's hard to believe it's been 22 years to the day that Jim Henson, creator of the Muppets, passed away from pneumonia. While the children that Jim first entertained with Kermit the Frog, Ernie, or Rowlf the Dog, are now grown up, many with children of their own, we still look on with childlike wonder at the worlds he has created. His legacy continues on with Sesame Street, the Muppets, and countless other products that Jim Henson Productions make possible.
One of the most touching parts of Jim's memorial are his co-workers and friends gathering together to sing the songs he loved. It's fitting to share them here today.
Always missed. Never forgotten.
