Eddie Money In Free Philly Concert, July 3


Classic rock legend, Eddie Money will perform live on stage in a free outdoor concert at XFINITY Live! Philadelphia on Tuesday, July 3 at 9 p.m. as the headliner of 102.9 MGK’s Philly FREEdom concert.

Money burst onto the rock scene with his eponymous debut album in 1977.  Fans immediately fell in love with Money’s sound, and the album, which went double platinum.  It featured the hit songs “Baby Hold On” and “Two Tickets to Paradise.”  Money also has enjoyed success with songs like “Think I’m in Love,” “Shakin,” “Take Me Home Tonight” and “I Wanna Go Back.”

The doors of XFINITY Live! will open to the public at 11a.m.   The WMGK House Band All That Matters will play at 7:30 p.m. Money will take the stage at 9 p.m.  Additional classic rock cover bands may be added to the bill.

Admission to the concert is free and open to the public ages 21 and older. This will be a non-ticketed event, and parking will also be free.

The Money concert is one of many in a series of year-round, regular entertainment featuring local, regional and national recording acts at XFINITY Live! Philadelphia.
