Macy's Philly Flower Show, Now Through 4/7
You'd better hurry on over the Macy's Philadelphia Flower Show between today and the end of the day Sunday (4/7) because if you don't you will have missed a spectacular display of natural beauty -- the kind of thing that turns up once in a blue/red/green/orange moon.
The entire Grand Court of Macy's at 13th & Market has been turned into a sort of Woodstock-meets-India wonderland. With a magical elephant planter, vivid archways, a painted garden, the eagle tent and planter, umbrella planters and a different showcase arrangement almost every day, this ongoing display really lives up to its theme, The Painted Garden.
And here the best part: It'a all free. In fact, Macy's is even providing free tours. Plus, the Grand Court is alive with the music of the famed Wanamaker Organ as played by Peter Richard Conte.
This is a must-see show. Head on over to Macy's now!
BTW: Click here for details on Macy's Flower Show also underway right now in New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, San Francisco and Washington, DC.
