Four-Minute Daily Exercise May Be All You Need
They say this one exercise just four minutes each day may be all you need.
But it's not as easy as it looks.
It's called a lunge jump and it requires perfect execution. Don't try this unless you're sure you can do it properly and make sure your health and fitness level permits it. Your back must be absolutely straight and you need to do it exactly as shown. You may want to start slowly.
