The Government of Italy, in a ceremony presided by the Consul-General of Italy in Philadelphia, honored Dilworth partner and Philadelphia lawyer Joseph Jacovini as a Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. This prestigious honor, Italy’s highest order of knighthood, was awarded to Jacovini in recognition of his years of philanthropic and humanitarian service to the nation of his heritage.
Jacovini, a member of Dilworth’s senior leadership team, is a renowned corporate lawyer and a civic leader. He regularly represents clients in complex and sophisticated corporate matters and commercial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and commercial agreements.
