The political tracking website Ballotpedia identified 96 school districts in more than a dozen states where race education and masking were part of the debate. It found that at least one anti-critical race theory or anti-mask candidate prevailed in 35 of the 86 districts in which it has determined winners, or 40%.
That's really quite a good record considering this was a new, mostly spontaneous grassroots effort largely launched by political novices, not supported by powerful teachers unions and other special interests, dismissed by nearly all major media outlets and not massively funded. All in all, a very good start -- a good first step in the right direction. Avanti!
