It happened in Philadelphia's gritty Kensington section.
A man decided to take a bus ride -- on the bus windshield.
So, he climbed up onto the front of the bus wearing just his shorts. And then he took his shorts off. There he was, stark naked and ready to bus surf.
Quite a sight!
