Great Events Slated At Jewish History Museum!

Check out these upcoming events and opportunities at the National
Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia!
On Deck! Chasing Dreams: Baseball and Becoming American Opens on March 13

There are people whose contributions to baseball history went far beyond mere batting averages or stolen bases. They didn't just play the game, they changed the game. For generations of American Jews and other minorities, they served as athletic, cultural, and ethical role models.
On March 13, just in time for the start of baseball season, we will open a groundbreaking new exhibition, Chasing Dreams: Baseball and Becoming American, highlighting these game changers and--just as importantly--the fans, ideals, and culture they inspired.
Mark your calendars for two events that will kick off a season filled with baseball-themed programming:
Want to see the exhibition before all your friends? Then become a member and attend our Chasing Dreams Members' Opening
on March 12 which will feature remarks by official historian of Major League Baseball, John Thorn and chief curator and director of exhibitions and collections at NMAJH, Dr. Josh Perelman.
Join us on March 11 for the annual Only in America Gala;
