Christie Wants Constitutional Amendment On Bail
Taking the next step to enact common sense reform of the state's bail laws and enhance public safety, Governor Chris Christie advanced the Administration's bail reform initiative outlined in January's State of the State address by proposing a constitutional amendment modifying the right to bail in New Jersey.
