Fatima “TNT” Maddox, who played collegiate basketball for Temple University (2005-2007), is now a full-fledged member of the World Famous Harlem Globetrotters. She and the Globetrotters will visit the Greater Philadelphia Region for shows at the Liacouras Center on Friday, March 9 at 7 p.m., the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, NJ, on Saturday, March 10 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. and the Wells Fargo Center on Sunday, March 11 at 1 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Maddox will arrive early in Philadelphia on Monday, March 5, to make appearances to promote the arrival of the Globetrotters later that week.
Maddox is the ninth women to don the red, white and blue. She stumbled upon the game on the playground at the age of 13. Maddox played volleyball and participated in track in field during her teenage years – setting state records in both the long jump and triple jump – but she didn’t love those sports like she loved basketball.
TNT began her college career at New Mexico before transferring to Temple, where she was coached by three-time Olympic gold medalist Dawn Staley. TNT says, “Coach Staley was not only a role model for me through her amazing basketball credentials, but she showed me balance…balance between being a player, taking care of family, and giving back to the community. I admired her so much for her unique combination of kindness, toughness, and ability to make the team feel like a family.”
TNT is currently working towards a master's degree in management, and her hobbies include skating, playing pool and she really likes to draw and paint.
Current Globetrotters stars Flight Time Lang, Hi-Lite Bruton and many others will team up with Maddox and the world class rookies for nearly 270 games on the North American portion of the World Tour, bringing the Globetrotter magic to over 230 cities in 46 states, the District of Columbia and five Canadian provinces.
Rosters in each city will vary and are subject to change.
