Video: Beckel's Tasteless Rape Comment, Apology

Liberal commentator Bob Beckel seems to think rape is rare on college campuses.
Watch the video where Beckel asks:
"When was the last time you heard about a rape on campus?"
And Beckel even seemed to dismiss date rape.
But now Beckel has gone ahead and apologized for his comments. Here's what he says: "It's [rape on campus] a horrible, horrendous issue. Simply put, rape is rape--whether it's date rape or it's somebody coming in off the campus trying to rape somebody else. I very strongly feel that way. So, I just want to straighten the record out on that."
