As a late summer treat, today we thought we'd share with all of you to some of the images from our recent trip to Kansas City, the Ozarks, Branson and Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
We had a wonderful time visiting Kansas City and then journeying down to the Branson area.
Besides all the wonderful family entertainment in Branson, there is so much natural beauty to enjoy.
We met so many great people as well. We were impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of everyone we encountered throughout our journey to America's heartland.
And yes, at time we did feel as "corny as Kansas in August" (we were a stone's through from Kansas) but we enjoyed that as well.
We savored every minute of good old-fashioned fun in an area that epitomizes the essence of America.
