With stats like this and a complacent (to put it kindly) electorate that keeps electing scoundrels again and again, you have to wonder if there's any hope for Joizee at all -- especially if you've been here as long as we have and you've witnessed mostly year after year of this.
This much we can promise you -- we will not peddle false hope here. We tell it like it is. And, quite frankly, folks -- we've almost never seen it grimmer. The saddest part? Few seem to genuinely give a damn.
